The John J. Hemmingson Foundation and Architerra Homes have a new partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities.
For every home that Architerra Homes closes throughout its communities, a donation toward a 10-night stay at the local Ronald McDonald house in Coeur d’Alene or Spokane will be given.
“This is to help ensure families can be together near the hospital and their child’s medical team during their difficult journey,” wrote Desirée Brandis, marketing director with Architerra Homes.
Architerra Homes expects to close more than 120 home sales this year and is on track to close more than 160 homes in 2022.
“We’re very excited to start this journey towards helping our community in any way we can,” Brandis wrote. “Ronald McDonald house charities is a cause very near and dear to our hearts, as we’ve had a family in our community ‘The Trails’ that has had a personal connection and used the services available through the Ronald McDonald House while their family was going through a difficult time.”
Architerra Homes also had one of its “hearts” placed in its model home in The Foxtail, one of its neighborhoods, to display its support for such a great cause.
Architerra Homes is at 1859 N. Lakewood Drive, Suite 200, Coeur d’Alene. It can be reached at [email protected] and 208-449-1905
